I'm a Certified BWY Yoga Teacher, Registered Dietary Educator, Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Natural Chef with over 24 years yoga teaching experience in London, Shanghai, Singapore and Switzerland.
I offer themed Yoga classes and Therapeutic Culinary Experiences in Lausanne, specifically designed for peri and post menopausal women. My approach focuses on improving energy and sleep, balancing mood, supporting digestion and overall health through yoga and nourishing foods. My teaching style is easy to follow, interactive and suitable for all levels.
